How fast do you ship?

We aim to ship all parcels within 24 hours on weekdays. During busy periods there may be delays. Shipping time after that is 2–4 business days with your local provider.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery costs €9. Shipping is free on orders over €69.

What if I do not collect the parcel?

If you do not collect the order within the collection period, typically 10 days, the parcel is returned to us. A new shipping fee of €9 is charged for a refund. This also applies if you did not receive a notification. Your shipping provider treats tracking as the customer's responsibility.

Can I change the address after I order?

If the order has not left the warehouse, we can usually change the address. Email info@nailster.com as soon as you can. Once the parcel is with the carrier, change the address with them.

I need it fast — what can we do?

Contact our customer service team by email or phone. We can often ship your order with a faster carrier or arrange same-day pickup.
