Nailster was founded in the summer of 2019 with a clear ambition: to make salon-quality nails accessible at home.
More and more people were beginning to do their own nails, but the market lacked products that combined high quality, carefully considered safety, and a price point that put them within reach for more people.
It was a need we understood first-hand. We missed a brand where you didn’t have to choose between quality, peace of mind, and accessibility.
That’s why we created Nailster.
A brand built on uncompromising products, honest guidance, and the belief that everyone should be able to create beautiful nails at home.
That was the beginning of Nailster – and of an ambition we continue to build on today.

From a kitchen table in Skanderborg, the very first Nailster orders are sent out. The vision is clear from the very beginning: to create products that combine salon quality, safety, and a beauty universe you want to be part of.
We are phasing out TPO from our formulations several years before it becomes a legal requirement. A natural step in our ambition to go beyond the minimum requirements and develop products with quality and safety in mind.
We are beginning an ongoing collaboration with Bureau Veritas on chemical documentation and product safety. For us, quality is not just about the visible result, but also about everything that goes on behind the scenes.
Nailster takes another major step forward and is now available in six countries. What started in Skanderborg has grown into a beauty universe, reaching even more people across the Nordics.
We believe in women who want it all, and in never having to choose between ambition and femininity.
