How to apply Pearl Powder

It’s easy to give your nails a pearlescent shine. Follow these steps to apply your Pearl Powder for the best results:

• First, prepare your nails by pushing back the cuticles and lightly filing the nail.
• Apply a thin layer of Base Coat, and cure it in your UV lamp for 60 seconds.
• Then apply your preferred Gel Polish color in thin layers, and cure each layer for 60 seconds. Two layers of Gel Polish often provide good coverage.
• Apply a layer of No Wipe Top Coat, and cure it in your UV lamp for 60 seconds. It is important to use a No Wipe Top Coat, as it does not leave a sticky layer, allowing the powder to bond beautifully to the surface.
• Pick up a small amount of Pearl Powder with a Nail Art applicator or eyeshadow brush. Gently rub the powder onto the nail surface using circular motions until you have achieved the desired effect and shine.
• Remove excess powder with a soft brush.
• Finish with another layer of Top Coat to seal in the powder, and cure for 60 seconds.
